Executive Chef Florian Vogel shapes Staderer with his distinct signature: minimalist, precise, and ingredient-focused.
A multi-award-winning chef, he stands for a style of cuisine that doesn’t aim to be loud – but to impress through pure flavor.

Our Team

Fine dining is teamwork. And attitude.

At the top: Florian Vogel – creative mind, head chef, and multiple award-winning culinary artist. His signature defines Staderer: refined fine dining, precise composition, and uncompromising flavor.

By his side: Katharina Ricken, sous-chef, with a fine instinct for ingredients, techniques, and team leadership. With her, everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

André Sieber, Pastry Chef of the Year 2024, has been working alongside Florian Vogel for many years. His dessert creations are refined, elegant, and surprising – never too much, always spot on.

Julian Wiest, chef de partie, thinks holistically: seasonal, sustainable, nose to tail.

Cristian Sava, kitchen assistant with a passion for BBQ, brings structure, energy, and good vibes to the heart of the kitchen.
